Regular ongoing mentorship allows me to cater a customized coaching plan just for you.  We can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to go over progress against goals we set together.

What is mentorship?

Mentoring is a structured and ongoing relationship in which someone with expertise and experience in a specific domain shares their knowledge, insights, and wisdom with a mentee. For example, in engineering leadership, mentorship could target strategies around career growth. This is different from coaching where we focus on a single skill (e.g. Presentation for a venture capital firm)
